This is a seriously lovely property, beautifully maintained, spacious, full of light, terraced to the front of the property and with rooms that are seriously generous.  The ” open concept ” living / dining area is big enough to ride a bicycle around the dining table, and is shaped like an elongated ” L ‘ giving a cosy and slightly removed area for TV.  The kitchen, which leads onto the dining area of this large space is fully fitted and overlooks the gardens and the views beyond.  Using the slight slope of the site, the garage and workshop areas at lower level are vast – effectively an entire extra level of house. The current owners have used part of this space to provide a totally independent apartment and it would be easy to continue re-purposing space to give a separate office / additional apartment – whatever you might desire.

Jennifer and I both feel that the  sheer joy of this property is the huge amount of space it gives you – all the rooms are generous – the gardens that surround the property are beautifully planted and maintained and the property is completely unoverlooked.   It is a classic ” Edge of village ” property, built when housing density criteria did not exist and benefitting from gardens – actually you could really call this ” land ”  – that today would probably have at least three houses on it.  It is a property that is a ” Just bring your suitcases ” property and would be ideal either as a full time family home or could be a large holiday home with a capacity to generate an income stream by letting when not required by family and friends.

We recommend this property unreservedly, it is one of our favorite properties, and we do not say that lightly.  We feel that the price is more than realistic, it is priced to sell, has a fabulous location, and is an utter gem.
