This is just such a great buy – glorious old house, facing the village square,- (which, we are assured will become pedestrianised ) – very lovely exterior – Once the renovation has been completed to your taste and lifestyle we feel that this could be a real ” Dream Home “.  Put it like this, if I wasn’t totally happy where I am ( only a few roads away incidentally,) I would be looking at buying this property.  It’s a property I’ve always adored and the current owner has done all the right things –  pulling out and clearing site properly whilst keeping and renovating all the materials the will make this house a total stunner ( and saving the new owner a serious amount of money)……

To give you and example :  the old floor tiles have been cleaned and safeguarded, to buy original tiles like this you you would almost certainly pay over 40 euros a square metre  –  I paid 39 euros per square metre for hand made -but new – tiles…. the genuine old ones cost even more …..

So, you could just waltz in , decide how you want to use the space, and create the living space that best suits you…. “Yes ” it is a renovation – especially at first and second floor – the ground floor could be liveable seriously easily as could be the very top floor, so could give you “camping space ” whilst cracking on with the first and second floor…  The roof has been revised, and all the mess of clearing site has been removed……  This is just SUCH a bonus….. as the hours spent to reach this point can be very dispiriting and cause lots of dust..not to mention backache …… here it’s all been done. …..  Honestly, the stuff of dreams……
