When we first walked into this adorable property, we looked at each other and said “This is absolutely one of the best investments we have in the village!” And we stand by that assessment. Placed just perfectly on the village bastide road, the front rooms benefit from facing south with an abundance of light yet lovingly shaded by the ancient plane trees that line the circular bastide. The upper floors have the most wonderful views out over the village roofscape and add to the feeling of space that is truly surprising for a traditional village property.
You enter into a living/dining/kitchen space that has clearly been well loved by its owners… avid fishermen who head out early mornings to test their lines in Lac de Montbel which is only a 10 minute drive from the center of town.
